How to use and apply
1. Site Preparation
Ensure the ground or foundation is leveled before starting.
Clean the site thoroughly from dust, oils, and construction debris.
Prepare the cement mortar with the standard mix ratio (typically 1:4 cement to sand).
2. Block Laying
Place the blocks on a mortar bed with a thickness of 1–2 cm.
Maintain a staggered joint pattern (bonding system) to ensure structural cohesion.
Use a spirit level to verify horizontal alignment and verticality.
Gently tap the blocks with a rubber mallet to secure them into the mortar.
3. Filling Gaps and Voids
Fill all vertical and horizontal joints properly with mortar.
For enhanced acoustic or thermal insulation, internal voids can be filled with insulating materials (Polystyrene, Rockwool, or Polyurethane foam).
4. Finishing
After installation, allow the blockwork to dry for 24–48 hours.
Plastering can be applied directly by using an initial "spatter dash" layer followed by the final coat.
Cure the walls with water for 3 days to ensure maximum hardness and strength.
